Oh my god this photo. Proper teary right now. It’s just the fact that even as someone whose only heard a couple of SS songs, the first thing I thought of when I heard what happened was his daughter. I’ve seen so many of his photos of him and her and I’m not even a fan of the band. I can’t even begin to think of how ridiculously devastated he would be if he knew he’d be leaving her behind. That’s the saddest part. This is why I would never want an afterlife to be real.
